We are looking for a superstar Branch Receptionist/Administrator. You will be the person who everyone turns to, to get things done. You will be able to juggle multiple tasks, will have good time management skills, be a people person and most importantly will have initiative and a can-do attitude.
At Toyota we are passionate about showing our customers how important they are to us, our phones are always answered by a real person, promptly, and every customer that walks into our branch is greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel comfortable and cared for. As you will be the first point of contact for our customers this responsibility will fall to you, therefore you must be confident meeting and greeting and have a real understanding of what hospitality means.
A typical day will see you answering all the incoming phone calls and meeting and greeting customers, completing the banking, restocking supplies, typing up quotes, filing and providing general support to staff in the branch. You will also provide back up support to our Service Advisors which is the natural stepping stone for progression within the company.
